    Same @Sun_Addict 😁 I am appalling at remembering pub names, and especially in central London where bars open and close and change ownership so often. Though I do remember the now sadly closed Holborn Whippet, that was a lovely wee bar

    Good tip for the Edgar Wallace. Often in all sorts of London areas in search of a decent pint.
    If your down that way, check out the Shirker’s Rest just off Lewisham way. The CAMRA 2026 pub for the area. Meet up with our kids there for a nice pint.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
    - OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 26 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 12th April. 
    Produce tracker: £78 of £400 in 2026
