Thanks @beanielou I've only sold a couple of minor items and one large item (a boombox I inherited and kinda wanted to keep but we need somewhere to live more!) on FBM but it always gives me stress that there will be an issue, so I'm super pleased to be able to allocate some money to the build pot
I never feel stress when it's olio or vinted, I think the culture of an app is so important these days and FB/Meta do not do anything to mitigate stress in the world!

Woke up to find a message from builders firm saying we need to pay an extra 2.5k and a message from SIL saying she wants 4.5k repaid pronto. 😐

Yep @jwil. Has peed me right off as builders office have put us in a sh*tty financial position by not doing their admin properly, and SiL and BiL owed us thousands and thousands for the first few years of this palaver when we were paying planning permission etc, then as soon as she's paid a bill on the shared costs list she's got her hand out within weeks
