But does that mean you found and have now blocked the mouse access?

My mum sent me for kit * Kat cat food. I bought a similar sound chocolate finger bar. Easy mistake.😆Sun_Addict said:On handwritten shopping lists, I remember my mum sending me shopping many years ago. Her handwriting was really tiny and close together and quite hard to read. She had requested beans apparently but I came back with a Beano comic 🤣1 -
We thought we had last time @KajiKita when we saw evidence of mouse but not actual mouse, but think mouse must have still been knocking around after we blocked that bit, as after seeing actual mouse and then doing investigations today, we found that the carpet by radiator (that has lots of stuff in front of it so we couldn't easily see) has been dug up so it could make use of the inevitable opening where the pipes come through. Crafty b*ggers! I expect they'll find/make another opening but we're as up to date as we can be with the knowledge we have

Tbh @badmemory, everyone has been so dreadful that a random solicitor just being sh*t is fairly low on the list of things I can be bothered to make a complaint about, for my own mental health.
Pretty much everyone has been dire and some of them are probably going to get bad online reviews, some of them might get official complaints, but this solicitor was not of our choosing, and we'll probably just take the lesson to never use online solicitors ever, and be glad of paying extra money to our good solicitor to know that things have been done properly.
The sh*t solicitor was Mr PIP's brother and partner's choice as we're all trying to share workload. Me and Mr PIP wouldn't have gone for them, and brother and partner have used them for their mortgage conditions and receipt of funds too.
They've had their mortgage first stage payment through already while we can't get ours as according to our solicitor there is a long list of legal things that need to be done first. We're borrowing from the same lender.
We are actually feeling grateful rather than stressed about this as we want our paperwork to be in order to protect us from future issues, I'm a bit worried for brother and partner but there's only so many times you can say to people 'this isn't right'. The lender seems sh*t as well, so maybe brother and partner will be fine as lots of property dealings seem to be about making a big drama then cobbling something together, but I'm the sort of person who would rather have stress now rather than spend years worrying that it'll come back and bite us!https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

You have a good point there & you can only spend so much time cursing other people's incompetence.3
