You've nudged me into changing my bedding. My excuse is I've only just had a functioning washing machine!
I hope you bought some fizz for yourself too at that priceIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Happy Saturday to you and your pet mouse 🥂
You do really well with the bargain wine in Aldi. Whenever I go there they’ve run out. They used to do a gorgeous rose for around £5.99 and the bottle had a beautiful summery label but they don’t seem to do that one now 😕I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Happy fresh bedding @doingitanyway, and I'm glad you no longer have a manky washing machine. It is miserable making the effort to achieve basic care for self and home and having it thrust back in your face worse than before.
I am very much not enjoying not having a functioning fridgefreezer and hope it will be resolved asap!
Don't encourage it @Sun_Addict 😂 I'm already feeling a bit bad it didn't like our peanut butter 🤣
Tentatively hoping it's gone, is it even possible to get rid of a mouse because they've flounced off muttering about how they won't be dining at this establishment again2 -
We've not had a mouse problem for a long long time, but when we did, I found they were partial to a bit of home made cake. Unfortunately, it's so long ago that I can't remember which cake it was!

I hope you didn't bake for them especially @kayannie 😁
Happy Sunday all, and happy mothers day to those who celebrate. As ever I find myself baffled by the clocks changing. What time is it actually? Why do I feel jetlagged? Will I learn to change the oven clock in the next six months? (no)
Have done the usuals, before I go to spend time with mum, I want to get more bits off the Outstanding Annoying Tasks list, and clean as much of the flat I have energy for. And wash my hair. And get steps in.
Well, what I want to do is go back to bed, but on we shuffle1 -
I hate it when the clocks go forward it throws me out for days 😆 I enjoy the lighter evenings though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
