I suppose it depends what you want the effect to be @KajiKita! The effect I get from it is feeling like I've done some small movement in a way that is more controlled than usual yoga, as my hypermobile body will bend until it breaks! Having said that, I can still do myself a damage in a chair, but it at least feels like I've bothered to try to be a bit active without being stupid (which is my usual go-to 😁)
Whenever I make time to do it I always come out feeling more relaxed and happier, or at least better able to cope, even though I usually have a little cry during it- thank goodness we're allowed to do it with cameras off2 -
That sounds genuinely useful ❤️😊

My WI are doing a session of seated yoga in a couple of months - I’m looking forward to it 😀😀. I too a, hypermobile, good sometimes for getting into tight spots ! Not liking my early knee replacement though …..Sealed pot challenge 822

@dawnybabes, are you getting the knee replacement done or are you forecasting? I've often thought it might be preferable to get all the joints replaced! But since my issue is connective tissue doesn't work I don't know how well a knee/hip/shoulder replacement would actually work...
Hope you get something from the chair yoga, good on you for giving it a go2 -

Love our Shark too, PiP. So much lighter to push around with my cronky hands.
