Got PB money and survey money so allocated it to tax/flat/current, mothers day pot and easter pot now covered. Though remembered its our anniversary in April so should start to put a few quid aside for that, we won't do a big thing but nice to be able to afford a treat meal or fancy drinkies.
That payment takes us to our first £500 of the £123k needed for the flat pot. Choosing to focus on the achievement part of that today 😂
20 minute walk getting essentials from aldi, their wine of the week is £3.99 reduced from £7.99, an Argentinian malbec in a very jazzy bottle. We shall sample it later and if decent get a few bottles in for future gifts
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning a 1k Waitrose voucher but I'd also love the brands bundle and also the Valentines hamper please. Though the post office must be absolutely rammed with the backlog of hampers for me
Ten minute carpet walk
Small clean of one room
Took pics of wires for next stage of tedious listings
Resisted pub, which wasn't too hard considering the weather conditions. It's like the Arctic out there, but soggier
Dinner is mashed potato and baked beans, proper February food!

I haven't either @badmemory @beanielou but no harm having a click if one's in front of the laptop anyway. Though I don't expect to ever get owt from there since they use all the postcodes in Britain, very unlikely one's own tiny specific area is going to come up!1

It must be so frustrating, PiP, having your shoulder go off on one while you are just doing everyday activities which most of us take for granted. I hadn't heard of your condition since you & @CRANKY40 mentioned it on here. Always something to learn, but I wish you weren't in so much daily pain. Does it respond to painkillers? Even then, those often just 'take the edge off', don't they? It took me years to find one which worked on period pain & the stronger ones are not without side effects.
Hope you have a more comfortable day tomorrow.

Boo to the shoulder 😞 Does anything ease it? Hope the pub visit lifted your spirits.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Thanks @foxgloves and @Sun_Addict
No, painkillers don't hugely help, but being less able to feel the pain is risky anyway as I'm then likely to hyperextend and cause really serious damage 🙄

Felt so dodgy I would have gone back to bed if I hadn't had to wait for boiler man but instead I ate a pile of biscuits and actually did feel improved 😁
Boiler man eventually came, hopefully all okay
Popped over to mums to get veggie splodge for dinner (chick pea version)
Laundry
25 minute carpet walk
Now I'm going to sit on my backside for the rest of the evening!
