November Aims
Overall, the word of the month will be 'mindfulness'.
Not stressing myself about not going full pelt but equally not letting things transfer from day to day, month to month. Do the things that need doing in a calm manner or just turf them off the list if they're 'a good idea but frankly bringing more stress by constantly being on the list'. I am not dragging not-dones into next year.
Social things that I need to get through with grace or remember to enjoy:
Bat Mitzvah
Friend's celebration of life
Retirement do
Family friends staying
Money things:
Christmas pot
Flat pot
Possibly saving for a small trip away but not going to stress myself about it, will see what energy levels and finances are like. Would be nice to go for a couple of nights though and have some recouping time
Use remaining voucher bits and bobs for food and Christmas gifts
Use up food and drink here
Do the vinted bag
Self:
Steps
Situps
Attempt small jogs or at least one
More wholesome cooking
Dental check up
Flu jab
Possible covid jab
Big things:
HMRC not due to be updated till end of year.
Hospital trust will be emailed again in one more week then will write to head of trust.
Polite reminder to council chief exec on Mon, if nothing within a fortnight then complaints process.

So tired this morning, need a hibernation day soon but had a Bat Mitzvah do to go to today. Happily mum was getting cabs anyway so we did that rather than faff with buses and walking in an unknown area

Mr PIP came back from the shops with a bag of Halloween themed confectionery that was 75% off so that'll keep us going for a while
Client pay, share to tax pot
Surveys pay of £50, shares to current account, Christmas pot, flat pot, tax pot
Had a lovely time at Bat Mitzvah do and we were well wined and dined, and exercised with the traditional dance!
Mr PIP is too full for dinner, I however am having leftover pasta. And some wine. And lots of sitting on the sofa 😁

That was very silly @South_coast (you could have got two less milks and another bottle of wine instead 😁)3 -
Anyone for a crossword clue?
Sweet sound after choir begins (7 letters)
_ _ _ M _ L _1 -
Why would it be tremolo? I can only think of two other words that even fit, formula & primula. Sorry not much help.
