  • Ha fanks @beanielou

Sounds a great Sunday afternoon @foxgloves, enjoy
  • Have got a few other little bits off the to-do list

25 minute walk for Aldi bits

Hoovered one room and that was enough for my back and joints

Little bit more progress on the tax return, but have now got to do the interest working outs so that can wait til tomorrow or later in the week

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k but I would also like a wine hamper

Shoulder is now in agonies so that's probably my lot for the day, Mr PIP is on his way over so will see what he fancies doing. I do need more steps but also very up for a beer under a blanket and reading

Dinner is easy freezer pizza with onion chucked on for f&v
  • It all sounds very industrious @PennysIntoPounds Way more than I have achieved (apart from some posts on MSE).  I did go to the supermarket this morning but Mr L came with me so that was an easy trip. I'm impressed with the tax return - I have to do one and always start it at the beginning of Autumn and finish it and send just before Christmas!!!

Sounds good. There is tomato in the pizza sauce too so that’s two!

  • I can't bear the every few weeks jolt of going 'must remember to do the tax return!' all blimmin year @Less_Talk_and_More_Action, I prefer to get the boring big job out of the way then I know exactly how much needs to be put aside to pay in January

Haha thanks for pointing that out @WinterWarrior, in addition to the rocket leaves we're having on the side we're basically health gurus

    Removal of BIG spider
    Shower and hairwash
    Survey

25 minute walk with Mr PIP getting Aldi bits and dropping off plastics recycling. He got a sickly looking big bar of marshmallow chocolate reduced from Easter stock to 50p in M&S so not only bargainous but he gets to keep it all to himself 😁

    Did the receipt survey

Some progress on tax return but Kroo only lets you download rather than view statements and they're not appearing on my device so have had to email them

Quarter wussy situps to show willing but not take the mick too much with my shoulder

A couple more financial enquiries before I can progress LISA

    Comping

20 minute walk with Mr PIP for a beer and catch up

Dinner is using up open jar of pasta sauce with cupboard pasta and adding extra onion and garlic and turning it into a bake for a bit of a Monday night cheesy treat

Well done for braving the eight-leg. Am badly phobic about said creatures & frequently have to prevail upon Mr F's good nature to rescue me.

  • Thanks @foxgloves! I'm loads better than I used to be but an unexpected spidey especially a massive one very near still had my heart racing for quite a while!

Long Yougov survey on holiday destinations and sustainability. They need an aeroplane to get to, of course they're not environmentally friendly!

    Bit of work
    15 minute carpet walk reading

Pics and listings in various places of the kitchenware set we inherited

    Bit of work

A small survey on workouts. Glad it was small as didn't have much to say other than recommending carpets

Been offered £250 due to my complaint about how awful the housing association were when I had to move. Will accept that and draw a line under it, though they still don't seem to understand from their response just how shoddy their conduct was. But 250 quid is 250 quid. Will consider how to allocate it when I get it as won't be trusting them to meet their own deadlines on this either!

Comping and entered some other competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning a two night London hotel stay but would also appreciate a 400 pounds shopping voucher

Mum has offered to use up some dubious spuds and make cheesy potatoes for dinner which I certainly won't refuse!
