So we assume you got yourself a good amount of evidence photos of no signs, which is one of the main reasons you went today?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I understand your thought of train, although what is the excuse if clearly there are motorcycle bays ?Coupon-mad said:So we assume you got yourself a good amount of evidence photos of no signs, which is one of the main reasons you went today?
Also, i've received fine that was glued to the motorcycle, whats my excuse responding after 3 years if they will ask ?
I just want to make sure that when ill speak with managament/someone responsible to parking issues i wont just ask them to cancel that because i have no ground0 -
It's not a fine. Please stop calling it that.
Also please stop thinking you need 'excuses' as if you did something wrong... this isn't an offence, it is ONLY an invoice for an allaged breach of contract.
But what contract?!I understand your thought of train, although what is the excuse if clearly there are motorcycle bays ?Because without any contractual signs there was no agreement on the £100 parking charge (ergo: there was no contract).
This is fundamental and I'm astonished to hear that you didn't gather the evidence to prove that today.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which Westfield?Grande228 said:
It is from S&K parking in Westfield London...
Shepherds Bush or Stratford?
Their motorcycle parking policy is different at each site.
At Shepherds Bush, their website states...
At Stratford, their website states...

Yep it was shepherd bush, i have parked not in designated motorcycle space, hence why i have received the parking charge, will it still be valid to contest that ?KeithP said:

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.
I've just checked back and that is exactly the words I used in the first reply you received on this thread and I followed that in a subsequent post with "There really is nothing more to say about a debt collector's letter".
Have you read that fourth post of the NEWBIES thread yet?3 -
Hello there, Keith. Thank you for responding; I am aware of the thread. Although I believe there is some misunderstanding because I expressly stated that I had inadvertently contacted them 2 weeks ago, I'd like to know if ignoring the letter is the proper thing to do, does that not change the status quo ?KeithP said:The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

Have you read that fourth post of the NEWBIES thread yet?
Especially seeing "Certainly NEVER ring them!" reassures me that I should not ignore it now ?
