DCBL - Fine from 2020

Well, as you can see, fat lot of good that did.0

I've no idea why Westfield think it's NCP then. Who said it was NCP?Grande228 said:I have sent the following query to DCBL
and received following reponse
What should i message back? The bike was sold in 2020 , aroudn the time that pcn was issued hence why the address was not updated, i have messaged NCP and they said that they dont see any fine as well,
Send that to Westfield and ask them to explain.
And email DCBLegal back and say you thought this was a NCP PCN from Westfield.
If they are now saying it's not NCP then, under the pre-action protocol (re disclosure of documents), DCBLegal or their client must send ALL evidence, all photos and letters that their client relies upon. And a copy of the alleged contract (the sign) so the keeper can see it for the first time. They have 30 days to do that and the case must not proceed until the Defendant has had reasonable time to read the information.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes thats exactly my thought, they are the same company
I have sent mail to westfield and asked them to clarify the NCP & S&K parking, if they will send me the mail saying the same, should i send it to DCBL or should i ignore them from now on ?
What comes to my mind is them trying to turn things around and force me to pay, which is wrong in so many reasons
If in terms and condition it states that S&K parking are NCP & they've confirmed that there is nothing on my name in their systems that means that either DCBL is wrongfully chasing a debt that does not exist ?

That isn't what I said. They are not the same company. The alleged debt does exist and it isn't NCP. Westfield are wrong.
Please just do what I said to get the documentary evidence under the PAP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After following mailI request all the evidence, photos , letters that your client relies upon and also the alleged contract (sign) upon which this PCN was issued as I do not possess any previous correspondence
I had received a response
Is that even legal?
(Removed by Forum Team)0 -
of course its legal, why are you even concerned about it0

So it's DCB Limited, rather than DCB Legal Limited, who are chasing you.1

I assume it hasn't reached DCBLegal stage yet. Case is just with DCB Ltd? However as part of fair debt collection practices they are required to respond better than that.
Clearly they are not following the Pre-action protocol, are not supplying the required documents and just want to frighten you into paying £170.
No interest in 'debt resolution' seen here!
IMHO that laughable term 'debt resolution' appeared to be - I think - made up by the IPC, for their appearance before the Select Committee, completely deluding the credulous Committee MPs into believing.
I hope you are sending your evidence by email to the DLUHC this week*, @Grande228 - make sure you include that email exchange as proof that DCB are not acting under the PAP for debt claims and just want £170. No interest in resolving disputes or supplying requested evidence.* THE CALL FOR EVIDENCE CLOSES ON SUNDAY

Reading the Accounts, (page 2), for the year ended 30th September 2021, S&K lost the Westfield contract in 2021 or early 2022 and I'm presume, it was taken over by NCP, which is the parent company of S & K. (It looks like S&K will cease trading next year).

See my thread about answering Question 4.
So in that case, is that safe to ignore ? Or should i message them again asking to submit to pre action protocol ?
