I understand not everyone wants to be involved in the ongoing fight for statutory regulation of the private parking industry but it would help if you could support this petition demanding the re-launch of Govt-backed Parking Code.

    A signature is all that's needed 🙏

Hope to read the outcome of your case is a win.

ok, I have read the thread and I will file an AOS on or after 28th Jan. Then I will file the defence as soon as can after that.

I'll let you know once done and if I'm not sure about something.

Thanks for your help so far!

@KeithP will give you your AOS and defence deadlines and a link to the Newbies thread that you really need to read again (post 2 of it).

These cases are easy to see off and with no hearing in most cases. You'll win.

Just add 'and driver' to para 2 of the Template Defence then go to the thread by @shahib_02 and use the new para 3 - and don't show us the whole defence please, not the whole template even though you are using it all.
I have just submitted the AOS, and I believe the defence is ready. I have done as you advised use the whole template, added "and driver" to para 2 and used paragraph 3 of the thread you mentioned, of couse I have changed the date of the PCN to match when mine was issued.

I just need to print it and sign it before emailing it now. Is it best to wait a few days before doing that now?

"......of couse I have changed the date of the PCN to match when mine was issued."

Of course the point of that is to highlight that the pcn is not issued on that date (the actual parking event date)

Yes, that's what I meant, the date to match the parking event.

You don't need to print anything, and no advantage in waiting to email the signed PDF.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    Hi,

Update on the case, I have receved the Directions Questionaire N180 via the post, NOT email, can I still fill it in here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n180-directions-questionnaire-small-claims-track and email it?

If so I need to cc in info@dcblegal.co.uk (my case is with dcb legal), right?

    Thank you
