You just use their Complaints page contact.
Would you like to pm me next week as (if you like) I am happy to do the BPA and DVLA complaint on your behalf AFTER you have got a final response from Mr Wonga or his minions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, if you're happy to do the complaint on my behalf I would appreciate that! I will let you know once I've sent the complaint letter and got a response. Thanks1 -
Actually, I found a complaints form page which I have just submitted, it says they will respond within 28 days.1

Hi,
Sorry to bump an old thread, but there is an update to this case.
I never recieved a response to the complaint that I sent, so I kind of just forgot about this and moved on. I did recieve further letters from other companies demanding money much like before but just ignored them...
Now today I have recieved a letter from HM courts & tribunals service stating that "someone claims you own them money, and a money claim has been made against you". The claim form attached is asking me to pay £340.32.
I have several forms where I can either admit the amount owed or dispute.
Should I be worried? Any advice as to how I should respond?
Let me know if you need anymore details0 -
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Can you please show us a picture of the Particulars of Claim - with all your personal detail hidden of course.1 -
Also, I don't think I posted this before but this is the picture they sent of my car leaving the car park when I requested a SAR:
The number plate is unrecognisable, surely they can't use that as evidence?1 -
@KeithP will give you your AOS and defence deadlines and a link to the Newbies thread that you really need to read again (post 2 of it).
These cases are easy to see off and with no hearing in most cases. You'll win.
Just add 'and driver' to para 2 of the Template Defence then go to the thread by @shahib_02 and use the new para 3 - and don't show us the whole defence please, not the whole template even though you are using it all.

Feyla said:KeithP said:What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form? With a Claim Issue Date of 23rd January, you have until Tuesday 11th February to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'). Do not file an AOS before 28th January, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 25th February 2025 to file a Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the AOS guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an AOS, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2
