Are NW really really slow in processing online transfers (maybe due to huge backlog ??).
About 10 days ago I requested transfer from the Cov, who are normally super quick, and nothing happened yet.1 -
My transfers also took a long time, but they happened eventually...Old_Slaphead said:

I posted a S&S ISA transfer form to them 3 weeks ago today and it was only yesterday that I received a text from them to say that they had received it and that the transfer should complete within 30 calendar days.Old_Slaphead said:

Maybe a bit late for you but for info for others looking at this thread I got a confirmation letter in Mailbox (under the Bell symbol top left of Home Screen on the App) which confirmed the account and showed the details of the ISA transfer requested. Think it was either there later that same day or the next day.sparkiemalarkie said:Has anyone got an acknowledgement from NatWest when completing the online form?

I have the confirmation letter in Mailbox, and my account is showing up in my app as open. But it's empty. Do you know how long it takes for the transfer to happen?Shedman said:

I got a text from NW yesterday asking me to call them. Spent an hour yesterday and 1hr 10mins today holding on. Apparently the box on their form for entering my national insurance number wasn’t long enough for the C that went on the end.Filled the form in at my local branch 2 weeks ago so asked why it had taken so long to get to this stage. The person on the phone said it was because of the post taking so long!!!Anyway they said it should all complete in the next 30 days as it is cash sitting in my stocks and shares ISA account.0
