    Not an NSD today but *SO* worth it! Spent £2.51 on book (with TCB of course! 😉) that I have been trying to identify for YEARS! ❤️🤩

    As at 15.08.25:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,148  Interest saved £5,738 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 46 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 28th August
    Produce tracker: £353 of £300 in 2025

    I know what you mean beanie, I have painted my front door a teal that was too blue, then tried some "azure" paint on it that was too green - maybe I need to mix them! I was aiming for a sort of turquoise :neutral: It's hard to get the right shade :neutral:
