I deleted my post as there was no intention to cause offence.  I'm sorry if my encouragement of newbies to focus on the next thing was taken as patronising or being 'on your case'. We regulars are pedantic here but we want to help. It's why we come here.

I was genuinely concerned your case was in danger of going pear-shaped if you were not prepared for the next stage, having been signposted in May to read the relevant part IMPORTANT: 'Know what happens when' which covers WS and evidence stage.

I'm a lady BTW but let's get your defence of two claims back on track.
Sorry if my post seemed off. I appreciate your advice and didn’t mean to come across as defensive. I’ll make sure to check out the “Know what happens when” section and get back on track with the defense.

You need to ask the court for the Hearing Order.

I have now received a hearing date which is the 15th October 2024...

Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.
Is there not a paragraph something like:
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.
Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

I've also been sent this through. I had previously mailed both the DQ's to the relevant address at CNBC so not sure what they did with them. I've now mailed them to my local court and will be calling CNBC and the local court tommorow and confirming receipt of them. They were mailed 3 days after the deadline as I have been living elsewhere for the last 2 months.

The court has given you a hearing date in October 2024, (as per your comment on 3rd August), and that order should have included a date for your WS.
This wasn't from the court it was from BWLegal alongside with 50 pages of whatever it was they sent me. I haven't received anything from the court regarding a hearing date at all until now.
You have the same filing deadlines as the Claimant.
If they have filed their witness statement and evidence then it is odds on that yours is due too.

Nearly three weeks ago it was suggested you ring the court to find out what's going on.

    Did you do that?

    Why?

    1. Tomorrow is a Bank Holiday

    2. You aren't the Claimant.

"as I have been living elsewhere for the last 2 months."

Have you possibly missed the Hearing Order due to being away and somebody else opening the post at the address the Court has for you?

    Update:

I called through the CNBC who checked my case file. It turns out that the case was moved to Bournemouth not because I hadn't submitted my DQ but because the claimaint didn't submit theirs in time.

They said there was no court date in place and nothing needed on my part, I asked specifically about a witness statement.

They said the next step was to wait for a court hearing date to come through.

"Have you possibly missed the Hearing Order due to being away and somebody else opening the post at the address the Court has for you?"

This won't the case as I returned to the old property multiple times to check letters
