Sorry, I don't understand.

Are you saying you have discarded the Claim Forms as 'no longer needed'?

Did you make a note of the Particulars of Claim before deciding that the Claim Forms had served their purpose? Do you still know what you have been accused of doing wrong?

You now have the very simple task of asking google for the CNBC's phone number. Google will find you pictures of hundreds of Claim Forms already filled out which include the phone number you are looking for. In fact, you will find pictures of completed Claim Forms posted in this forum most days - there was certainly one posted on this parking board earlier today.
