Money Moral Dilemma: Should we change our wills following our daughter's death?

My husband and I found ourselves with the same situation. We decided to leave 50% to our daughter and the remaining 50% split equally with the three grandchildren. Difficult decision whichever way uou choose. We explained our decision to the family now rather than they find out after we've gone. Hope this helps & sorry for your loss
