    Hi everyone,

    Mortgage now at £69,157.

I got £500 overpayment in. From taking on extra teaching plus I invested in Chainlink a while back and that took off in the past week, so I cashed out some gains.

Other goals: I didn't end up doing the Python course because my work laptop has the command prompt disabled, so can't do any coding.

But that's okay because I got a paper accepted in a conference this September. I'm hoping I can get it published too.

The headstands I've abandoned for now. I hurt my neck in an attempt and honestly it gave me doubts around the value of doing a headstand altogether.

    Goals for July:

    1. Get at least £400 overpayment in.
    2. Once I get word that I passed my course(hopefully today) start the application process for a promotion to senior lecturer.
    3. Figure out where to submit my conference paper for publication.

    Mortgage in July 2023: £84206
    Mortgage in August 2025: £68,317

    Hi everyone, happy Wednesday!

Mortgage is now £68,317. I got £500 overpayment in this month. I got some extra work from a corporate fitness company, doing lunchtime Pilates classes in an office building.  That's paid pretty well and by a miracle it fits into my schedule.

I finished my application for a fellowship. Once I get the fellowship then I can apply for senior lecturer.

I thought I'd found a journal I could send my paper to but they haven't responded about my style guide, so I should keep looking.

    Goals for next month:

    1. Meditate every day, just fifteen minutes. I used to do this and it really helped. A good habit to rebuild.
    2. Get £500 overpayment into the mortgage.
    3. Get my article submitted somewhere.
