and I had no account with them.
That's the problem then.  The system was set up to credit the account holder on the 1st of every month.  You weren't the account holder then, so you won't have automatically got the credits - they probably went into the account of "the occupier" or the previous occupant.

They might be able to add them back manually, but if they've already paid them to someone else (like the previous occupant) then it could be a bit of an argument.
The prievious occupier wll be rubbing their hands.

    Bye bye £400

@Gerry1 I can see - £183.63  which is the EPG. ; no sign of £67 etc

@Godofgiants  Is there another page ?
That's all the pages that have meaningful information. There's one more page with how to pay if struggling etc. but no info
Can you confirm you did not get £66/£67 into your bank account - that's how EDF applied the rebate.
I only got in contact with e.on 2 days ago to settle the bills, before this they had no record of me, and I had no account with them. I also checked bank account and no money has gone in, but it wouldnt be possible anyway as they wouldnt have had any info.
If you've not already, you need to phone them and ask where you're 4 payments of £67 have gone.
Are you talking about the EBSS? Is it paid out in 4 instalments of £67? that doesn't = 400 though? I am confused by this.

Yes, the EBSS (sorry, it was 6 payments, not 4), totalling £400, paid between October last year and March this year. If you've not phoned your supplier yet, i'd recommend it immediately. It doesn't look like they were applied to your bill so only they can tell you where they are. You may be too late.

@CSI_Yorkshire  summarized it - OP was not the account holder till recently.

OP has made a fundamental mistake of not becoming an account holder from day 1 and also not giving his readings.  Unfortunately that has proved expensive for the OP.

I suspect the HA  was the account holder - you can but try and ask them .

I think I've managed to get it applied, they were pretty helpful on social media to be fair.

There should be no issues in getting the EBSS applied. Eon will just debit the account they were credited to & credit yours with the payments instead.

If you're clear on what they problem is and how you want it fixed, and you're right, they can often manage it.

It's the people who ring up with "my bill is wrong" without any further understanding who have the hardest time.
