    I'm more used to DD's where (I'm with EDF) the £66/67 was credited to Bank.


    . Others can advise what should have happened on pay on receipt of bill your case - should there have been vouchers ? - did you get vouchers in post or by email .

    No vouchers. I have no idea what should've happenend to be honest. I think I will ring e.on again today to ask them.
