I'm more used to DD's where (I'm with EDF) the £66/67 was credited to Bank.
. Others can advise what should have happened on pay on receipt of bill your case - should there have been vouchers ? - did you get vouchers in post or by email .Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
