I'm more used to DD's where (I'm with EDF) the £66/67 was credited to Bank.

. Others can advise what should have happened on pay on receipt of bill your case - should there have been vouchers ? - did you get vouchers in post or by email .

    From E.ON Next FAQs:

"Pay on receipt of bill customers and regular cash payment customers will see the money automatically applied as a credit to their energy accounts in the first week of each month. This will show as a credit in the payments section of their monthly bill."

Can you guys see any credit on the images above? It's not just me missing it right?

-£183.63 and suchlike.  The minus sign means a credit.
No, I don't see the EBSS credits on that bill anywhere.

@Godofgiants  Is there another page ?
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Can you confirm you did not get £66/£67 into your bank account - that's how EDF applied the rebate.

I only got in contact with e.on 2 days ago to settle the bills, before this they had no record of me, and I had no account with them. I also checked bank account and no money has gone in, but it wouldnt be possible anyway as they wouldnt have had any info.

and I had no account with them.
That's the problem then.  The system was set up to credit the account holder on the 1st of every month.  You weren't the account holder then, so you won't have automatically got the credits - they probably went into the account of "the occupier" or the previous occupant.

They might be able to add them back manually, but if they've already paid them to someone else (like the previous occupant) then it could be a bit of an argument.

If you've not already, you need to phone them and ask where your 6 payments of £66/£67 have gone.

Are you talking about the EBSS? Is it paid out in 4 instalments of £67? that doesn't = 400 though? I am confused by this.
