"Pay on receipt of bill customers and regular cash payment customers will see the money automatically applied as a credit to their energy accounts in the first week of each month. This will show as a credit in the payments section of their monthly bill."
No, I don't see the EBSS credits on that bill anywhere.Gerry1 said:
-£183.63 and suchlike. The minus sign means a credit.Godofgiants said:

Can you confirm you did not get £66/£67 into your bank account - that's how EDF applied the rebate.Godofgiants said:

I only got in contact with e.on 2 days ago to settle the bills, before this they had no record of me, and I had no account with them. I also checked bank account and no money has gone in, but it wouldnt be possible anyway as they wouldnt have had any info.MeteredOut said:

That's the problem then. The system was set up to credit the account holder on the 1st of every month. You weren't the account holder then, so you won't have automatically got the credits - they probably went into the account of "the occupier" or the previous occupant.Godofgiants said:
and I had no account with them.MeteredOut said:

They might be able to add them back manually, but if they've already paid them to someone else (like the previous occupant) then it could be a bit of an argument.0 -
If you've not already, you need to phone them and ask where your 6 payments of £66/£67 have gone.Godofgiants said:

Are you talking about the EBSS? Is it paid out in 4 instalments of £67? that doesn't = 400 though? I am confused by this.MeteredOut said:
