I've had my mediation, which was as per the advice on here, over in less than 60 seconds. I have yet to receive a letter re a court date in the post, but the MCOL website listed this yesterday. Am I right in thinking I will also receive a letter, and details about preparing a Witness statement?
Your claim was transferred to MIDDLESBROUGH on 14/04/20251 -
Yes, Middlesbrough court will write to you as they are now dealing with the case, the CNBC are no longer involved
Could be a wait, possibly months1 -

i have received a court date of 23rd July - I've had a couple of calls from DCB Legal, which I've not answered (not on purpose, they ring from a mobile number and I've just missed them calling) but they've never left a message.
