ZZPS and the other idiots like DRP live in the sewers and fail to understand they are totally powerless and just money scammers
But understand, the MONEY scam is approved by the BPA who government approved as an ATA so it's members could access your personal info from the DVLA
Your MP should be involved as to why government at the time were fooled into the BPA agenda and now a scam0 -
Hi, I've finally had a court summons from DCB Legal ltd for £294.12 . There is a response pack, and I intend to dispute the whole claim. Any advice before I follow the advice on the thread?0

It is not a summons, it is a N1 claim in county court. Just follow the instructions and advice in the NEWBIE sticky second post.3

ok thanks will do, I'm reading other threads re DCB Legal and will read the second NEWBIE post. I have just dug out all the letters they've sent me since 2022. 17. From 7 different 'companies'.0

That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -

Hi, please could I get some feedback on my defence? Thanks
3. The Defendant entered the car park at Emily Street Middlesbrough on 2/4/2022 with the purpose of visiting Middlesbrough Library. The Defendant had never used the location before, is not in the habit of breaching rules and firmly believes the signage in the carpark is unclear. A two hour ticket was purchased at 11.59 via the online ‘PayByPhone’ service for location 800525 and £1.20 was debited from The Defendant’s bank account. The Defendant exited the carpark at 12.32.
3.1 On 29/6/2022 the Defendant received a Notice of Debt Recovery letter from Debt Recovery Plus. The Defendant moved house twice in preceding 14 months and in error had not updated the vehicle’s V5. The Defendant updated their V5 and contacted the tenant residing at their previous address. This tenant confirmed they had received 2 ‘official looking letters’ addressed to the Defendant and had marked them ‘return to sender’ and sent them back in the post. The Defendant has evidence of this in the form of a signed letter from the tenant of their previous address. The Defendant attended Emily Street Carpark and discovered two carparks adjacent to each other, Emily Street (800529) and Dunning Road (800525). The pedestrian route from Emily Street carpark to the library leads to an exit where the parking sign displays information for Dunning Road. It is not clear the carparks are separate. The Defendant used the information from the Dunning Street Carpark sign to purchase a ticket using the ‘PayByPhone’ app in the belief the ticket purchased was for Emily Street Carpark.
3.2 On receipt of the Notice of Debt Recovery Letter (the Defendant has never received PCN from Euro Carparks) the Defendant tried to resolve the issue as soon as possible by contacting Middlesbrough Council, and their local MP who contacted Euro Carparks Limited on their behalf and asked for all charges to be cancelled. Euro Carparks Limited offered to reduce the ‘payment balance’ to £60, and stated the Defendant often used location 800529. The Defendant denies this. The Defendant has subsequently used location 800529 and has paid using the correct code, but prior to 2/4/2022 the Defendant had never used location 800529 or location 800525. The Defendants ‘Paybyphone’ parking history provides evidence of this. The Defendant refused to pay the reduced ‘payment balance’ to Eurocarparks Limited as the Defendant does not have a debt to Eurocarparks Limited.
3.3 Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on 2/4/2022" (the date of the visit). Whilst the Defendant was the keeper and driver, the rest of paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

Your 3.3 should be paragraph 3 , assuming that you changed the date because the POC are incorrect
3 should be 3.1
That should be sufficient
