Court claim: DCB Legal for Euro Car Parks

Hi,
Apologies if I'm asking a question which has an obvious answer to others. I have read post 2 on the newbies thread, and also lots of posts re cst law and I'm still not sure whether the attached letter is one I can ignore, or whether I need to respond to it.
Long story short, I parked at Emily street carpark in Middlesbrough on 2/4/2022 and paid for my parking on the Ringo app. There is a tiny carpark (also Ringo) next to Emily street with a huge sign and 1 number in the carpark code different. It is totally unclear the sign is for a different carpark, nit Emily street, so basically I paid for the wrong carpark. We had moved during COVID, there was a lot going on and I hadn't changed the address my car was registered, so the parking fine was sent to my old address and I missed it, until months later a started being chased by DRP for £170. I complained to europarks, my MP contacted europarks and asked them to drop the charge. Europarks responded saying it was my fault because I'd keyed one number in incorrectly, but they'd let me off with £60.
I refused to accept this fine, as I had paid for parking in good faith, and their signage is deliberately misleading. I followed the advice here and ignored all the DRP letters, which then turned into CST Law letters.
But now I have received this letter before claim from CST Law, representing europarks although the payment details are for DRP, and I'm unsure as to whether I can ignore it, or whether is should respond.
Please can someone advise? Thank you.

It's a debt collector letter and can safely be ignored. You are spot on with your observation that the payments are for DRP which means that CST law are "acting" for a powerless debt collector, not for the PPC.I married my cousin. First, it is not, never was, never can be a 'fine'.
It's an unsolicited threatening scam invoice.
Now read the newbies advice, PROPERLY and follow it.

This one is covered, seen and discussed several times in the long CST Law letters group thread.

Ok I'll have a look - it's a bit scary posting in here tbh because I have read lots of the threads and I'm not trying to waste anyone's time - it's just that there's an awful lot of information, and it's a bit overwhelming.0 -

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hell
hello, an update really, after having heard nothing since June it appears my supposed 'debt' has now been sold on to ZZPS. This is the third debt collection agency who've tried this on. I will ignore again.

It has not/cannot be sold on as you have no debt, only a bunch of Muppets trying to convince you it's a debt!

ZZPS and DRP are the same company. It's just a letter from a different desk in the same office.

Trust us, all that is said is true
ZZPS and the other idiots like DRP live in the sewers and fail to understand they are totally powerless and just money scammers
But understand, the MONEY scam is approved by the BPA who government approved as an ATA so it's members could access your personal info from the DVLA
Your MP should be involved as to why government at the time were fooled into the BPA agenda and now a scam
