They have mucked up my new mortgage payment after I paid lump sum in .
Called 09:15 and just now , spoke to someone on each occasion was told systems are down call back later0 -
What's infuriating about this fiasco is that they're doing their level best to hide the fact that there's a huge problem.1

I have just managed to get on the app only to be logged out 30 seconds later due to 'inactivity.' Now I can't get back on. Have given up with the website. What a bunch of clowns.0

I logged in on the app but couldn't view accounts. Just tried again and its telling me to try again due to 'essential maintenance work'.
Then it logged me out after about 30 seconds of 'inactivity'.
Why can't they just leave the old site up till they've ironed out the problems?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Tried logging on online. sent me the code by text but when I submitted it said unable to log on. refreshed log on page now asking for my customer number etc. as if I've cleared all my cookies0

Seems that YBS have a new Chief Operating Officer joining in August. According to the Yorkshire Post, Fraser Ingram will be responsible for the technology and operational teams, overseeing the society's service levels whilst investing in new technologies to improve its products and services. I wonder if he's having second thoughts....?
