Down detector 20+ report problems with login to YBS online services.
I can’t make a debit card pay in using their App, which I can log in on,as they don’t offer that facility.
No explanation on login process, just a spinning wheel at text passcode verification.
Their site says planned maintenance from 3pm until 10pm today.

Just spare a thought for the poor IT people who were probably pressured to release something that was not quite ready just because the marketing team had already announced it and are now having to spend their weekend trying to sort it out.2

Had issues yesterday between 1500 - 1600, sms code and phone me didn’t work, got sms about 16:45, at which point I attempted to login again and sms came through as expected.Been unable to login to website this morning again same issue as yesterday, was looking to make usual debit card deposits on 1st.It’s not been a great upgrade for sure, functionality reduced once you finally get logged in, being unable to login is frustrating, it’s a basic function that if not working perhaps they need to rollback the changes.0

I can’t login to the App now either and online site gets to we will send you an sms but doesn’t.
I didn’t realise the upgrade had been implemented days ago.
I will leave them to it, done for today.0 -
My experience this morning: verification text never arrives. Chose the phone me option using my mobile, home phone rang. Thought it's spam so didn't pick it up. Answer phone message has the code0

I tried to log on this morning to see if there was any change to the listing of the account which YBS messed up when I tried to transfer funds on closure:

I chose the SMS to my mobile option. The SMS didn't arrive.
Then I chose a phone call to my landline, but after a minute or so I got a call on my mobile, and I was given a code.
I logged on and there was no message, or alteration on the account, and I've had no phone call about the problem, so I guess I'll just have to keep on waiting to see if they'll pay me the money they owe me. I logged off the site.
Then over half an hour later the SMS with the code arrived on my mobile.
YBS used to be good.0 -
A few minutes ago, I logged on fine. Got the SMS etc.Though to be honest, it has been such a long time since I last logged on, I can't remember if or how the process has changed.0
