Still impossible to log in, either via the website or online. And they're trying to hide it by not owning up to it. Shameful.

Logged in using app. Sorry something went wrong. Balance unavailable. Retry. Same result. Then logs me out due to ‘inactivity’ 😂

95 reports of problems on down detector.

I got the "Sorry" message a few minutes ago on a couple of login attempts. Checked my browser security config: NoScript shows the updated site potentially requiring JavaScript or content from a couple of additional hosts that weren't part of the old site, so temporarily allowed these (sigh: the multi-host mess of so many recently developed sites always seems like a real recipe for a multitude of potential things to go wrong!).

Saw in Page Inspector/Network section that one of these (despite nominally being a ybs host - although seemingly resolves to AWS) was being blocked by uBlock Origin - I guess probably a tracking/analytics host of some sort? Then temporarily disabled uBlock Origin for the YBS online site and was logged in on reloading without any interaction on my part (I guess cookies/local storage from previous login attempts must still have been hanging around?).

Can't say I understood most of that tbh but inspired me to try using a different browser. Usually use Edge. Used Chrome instead and actually got in! However, was continuously unable to retrieve my details so still not much use. YBS is clearly having major issues. I have used the general feedback mechanism to slate them for their poor communication about what is going on and their failure to update customers on expected resolution timescale.

My tin-foil-hat antennae are twitching 🤣
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

    Incredible!

I've been trying to log in without success since 9am. I think a complaint is in order as their communication on this is woeful. Down detector reports are increasing rapidly yet still no notice on their website.

Quite. And when a financial institution decides to hide something, you inevitably wonder why, and what else they're covering over.

I've had issues all day too. Amusingly, following my last attempt, they asked me to complete a survey.  Don't normally bother, but thought I would this time - I was very honest in my feedback!

    Very shoddy all round really...
