Looking at the image in this link shows that the hatched area is confined to and an integral part of the accessible bay.

Perhaps you should include the pictures in your appeal as I am sure no PoPLA assessor is going to go looking for evidence to help you.0 -
You still still need to embed the images. PoPLA assessors will not click on the links.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1

Good morning, happy to say that I heard yesterday that my appeal was successful! Ukpc failed to respond with evidence in the 21 day period. Massive thanks to everyone for all their help, glad that’s out of the way and I will ensure the same thing doesn’t happen again. Thanks again.7

Well done.
"And wheels in the wider markings of an accessible bay is not 'parking outside of bay lines' it's within them!"
Personally I would strongly complain to the DVLA that yet again personal data has been given out willy-nilly without "reasonable cause" as the scamming entity (Hansard) has not even bothered to respond to your POPLA appeal.
The DVLA usual template reply:-
"The Law
The law recognises that motorists have a responsibility to others when using a vehicle and allows for the release of vehicle keeper information to those who can demonstrate a reasonable cause for requiring it."4 -
Hi, I have received a PCN from a private car parking company, I was parked in a disabled bay with a valid blue badge, on one side my wheels were touching the yellow zig zags, I have contacted the store I was visiting but they don’t want to know, I have submitted an appeal to the car parking company, is there any other action that may help me with this please?0

You'll never pay this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
