And thanks everyone for all your help, hopefully it will be binned off soon and I can go about my day, really could do without this at the minute. So yeah, appeals in let’s wait and see….0

Don't expect UKPC to cave in at the first appeal stage. You may need to do a PoPLA appeal if you are unsuccessful.
No paying whatever the result for either appeal of course.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Have and update, received this letter via email and wondered why to do next. Any help and advice is again very much appreciated, it really does mean a lot. Thanks.0

Seen in dozens of other UKPC threads (which I hope you're reading, not just staying on your own thread?). Ignore the letter (templated drivel asking you to throw the driver under a bus) and wait for rejection and your POPLA code at or soon after the 35 day point. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Have now received my POPLA code, tried browsing other threads but some are so long i haven’t looked everywhere. Wondered if someone can link a thread showing what I need to do next or if anyone can kindly advise me I’d be very grateful. Thanks.0

In the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, third post, there are ready made template appeal points for all the important issues you will raise in your POPLA appeal. As often posted by forum stalwart @Fruitcake, these are the key points to include in any POPLA appeal:1) Non-PoFA compliant NTK/NTH
2) Not the driver/not the person who may be liable for the charge
3) Not the landowner
4) No standing to issue charges in their own name
5) Inadequate signage
6) BPA CoP failuresPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Ok, have looked through the posts recommended and to be honest, it’s very daunting thinking of writing a 20+ page appeal. Going to have to try to get my head round it though I’ve no idea how right now.

Just gone to do my letter and realised I’m a day late. Thought the letter was dated the 28th but it was the 23rd. 28 days from the 23rd was yesterday. Really annoyed at myself. Been trying to get my head round it all and was just about to fill in th popla appeal form. I don’t suppose there’s anything I can do now is there? Gutted. Thanks everyone for all your help. I’m such an idiot.0

Are you referring to a PoPLA appeal? PoPLA codes last 32 days, so you still have time.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1
