Please excuse the late response, been very busy. So I should email the ticket sender or landowner or shop? Also is there a blueprint I can copy and paste to ensure the correct wording please? That’s m so much for all your help, it really is very much appreciated.

The NEWBIES thread covers it all.

Ok have tried to read through the sticky thread and the newbies thread and it looks like I’d be bets contacting tk maxx and boots and they are the stores that were visited when the ticket was applied. Is there a blueprint of how to word it or anything to copy and paste to fit the requirements? Want to get something sorted as the charge was given on 16/6. Thanks in advance.

It's too easy for a retailer to say "sorry can't do anything" in response to an email.

Far better to visit the store with a copy of the PCN, speak to the manager. Far more difficult to say "sorry can't do anything" when speaking face to face.

Can it be the original that I take? I’ve no way of getting a copy.

Yes, but don't leave the original with them.
If they want to keep it, ask them to take a copy to keep.

I don't understand why you have 'no way of getting a copy'.
Don't libraries do that for a few pence?

Oh, so I could just take a picture of it? A scanner I don’t know anyone any longer I’m afraid, but I can take a pic on my phone. Library I’ve no idea, probably not been to one in over 30 years.

Here is the parking bay where you can’t see parking signage from the vehicle, and below is the sign

Have just been and spoken to the managers of both tk maxx and boots and they bothe refused to help saying they couldn’t do anything about it as it’s up to the parking people. I stressed that a lot of retailers have helped their customers before but to no avail. Absolutely no use whatsoever.

OK what about noting down the phone number of the property agents on the entrance plinth while you were there, and ringing them?

They are the ones who contracted with UKPC.  Not the shops.

Just walked past five disabled bays here and four have vehicles with wheels in the hatched areas, the fifths wheels are on the line but not the Hatched markings. So clearly not just us.
