Its from 2009, is that the disabled bay in question with the pole just in the right place to block a car door?

Okay, so do Plan A asap. If no landowner cancellation by the 12th of July (day 26) then send the appeal template in blue text.

Get photos of the site and signage if possible in advance. UKPC signs are always inadequate and incapable of forming a contract with a driver because the charge for breaching Ts and Cs is always in tiny font and unreadable from a car length.
The BPA CoP requires repeater signs near accessible bays that can be read from the vehicle without having to get out.

I doubt very much that they bay markings displayed on the signs would show what an accessible bay looks like and therefore would be incapable of defining the boundary of an accessible bay. It is reasonable that "The man on the Clapham omnibus" (legal term for a reasonable person) would assume on the balance on the balance of probabilities that the boundary of an accessible parking bay would include the hatched area adjacent to a parked vehicle.

Yes that’s it, though the second link is what it’s like now. I have the pic on the parking latter but thought posting it here was a no no?

You can post the NTK as long as you redact all personal info (name, address, VRM, PCN number), but leave all dates and location showing.

Not sure why a driver would park like that? (inviting a £100 PCN) but follow the usual advice.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It was literally a five minute pop in didn’t even think to check. Plus by the time they get a wheelchair or scooter out the space is needed on the other side. Plus the said posts can get in the way of opening the door.

Fair enough. Wondered if that was the reason!

Looking at the image in this link shows that the hatched area is confined to and an integral part of the accessible bay.

    https://www.cspretail.com/properties/kingsley-village-shopping-park/

The NTK image shows that the vehicle was parked entirely within the confines of that accessible bay, therefore there was no breach of Ts and Cs. I believe my comments about what the man on the Clapham omnibus therefore apply. I would also suggest that an image of what an accessible bay looks like is not included on the signs, and therefore the the motorist's interpretation as confirmed by the CRA 2015 is the one that applies.

Please excuse the late response, been very busy. So I should email the ticket sender or landowner or shop? Also is there a blueprint I can copy and paste to ensure the correct wording please? That’s m so much for all your help, it really is very much appreciated.

that's either a very wide car, or the photo looks like it could have been altered and by coincidence it makes it look like it's occupying more of the hatched area than it is.
