I*m have been with them for 2 months now with no issues. I don't see any probem as I can leave without an exit fee. Their prices are the cheapest for me.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0

Been with Home Energy for ourselves and Father in Law for just over a year.
Occasionally upping our direct debits.
Far cheaper than the 'established players'.
No problems whatsoever.
Emails replied to mostly within a few hours.
Very satisfied.0 -
Well, Home Energy is the cheapest for me too according to various comparison websites but their tariff is variable...Furthermore as I'm former Tomato Energy customer British Gas offered quite decent tariff I'm keen on.
Moving to it is a different story...after a couple of calls to BG I'm still waiting for their email with correct prices...0 -

No problems at all, not on smart meter, I submit a monthly readingThey have just changed Direct Debit details, not amount, just their bank details.I get monthly E mail read meter reminder, plus one when bill is available, seems to track my readings and just worksCan't comment on customer service, never needed to contact themWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0

So far so good.1 -
Been with them for just under a year after Tomato went under.
As stated above, our lights stayed on.
Initial problems getting to read our smart meter, but apart from that, no issues.

The same here!
Left them over a month ago. They delayed issuing the regular monthly invoice for 5 weeks, ignored multiple emails and later claimed they didn't see them even though they were copied in each response, continued to take DD payments after I left even though they owed me money, set up a second DD without permission, returned the excess DD after I complained, then unilaterally cancelled both DD.
Issued the delayed invoice for a tiny amount with no DD in place, but when I tried to pay the tiny amount on their website, they don't accept payments of less then £10.
I've raised emails with them throughout and they have closed them without dealing with the complaints and failed to issue letters of deadlock. I also thought these kind of tricks in the industry had gone, but Home Energy are keeping them alive.
AVOID Home Energy!
