Send to both and CC in yourself. Make sure that your claim reference number is in the subject of the email.

Ideally, you send the letter as a PDF attachment to the email.

I need to now just do the WS before Tuesday, had a quick look through their WS and it's a load of irrelevant parking signs which you can't even read on the bundle and a map of the car park, they did put a picture of my Mums badge on the car floor which I had taken when appealing and I lost that. The usual picture of the car parked etc. Their only argument is that my Mum entered a contract when entering the car park, if the Judge says to me what would my answer be to that, what would be my best reply? Would you like me to scan their WS on here? Plus do I question their evidence in my WS as half of it is unreadable?

No we don't need to see their WS.

The landowner authority document would be useful for us to look at though.

Your answer is effectively what I said in the email I suggested you send with your costs assessment. Read it again. That's the legal position and they knew she was disabled all along.

Here it is, plus the contract, it is not out of focus on your screen, it is completely unreadable.
