Just a quick update.. 3 letters in post today..
1. Dated 28th June. CCBC acknowledged receipt of defence and said Claimant must let court know within 28 days of receiving defence, if not the claim will be stayed..
2. Dated 3rd July. Letter from their Solicitors saying their client wants to proceed.
3. The letter attached.. Do they think they have won a CCJ? Plus it's changed to £277 from £255?

There weren't two claims were there?
If not, keep that letter and use it as an Exhibit at WS stage, as evidence of the Claimant's wholly unreasonable conduct.

That letter from QDR is outrageous!!
The opening paragraph states...
On the same day you received a letter from the CCBC effectively telling you that everything is in order.
Clearly no County Court Judgment has been obtained.
And what do QDR mean by stating?...
