Their app could certainly do with improving.

BUT

they tick a box for me at the moment so I put up with it.

It's an awful app.

In the 18 months I've had it I've never been able to access my "rewards" as it's always blue circle. 

Verifying payments under £5 is tiresome as app never works quickly enough for the website you're paying on.

Did you get anywhere with your complaint?

is the problem your phone or internet connection? It's been fine for me on my iPhone.
