Their app could certainly do with improving.
BUT
they tick a box for me at the moment so I put up with it.1 -
It's an awful app.
In the 18 months I've had it I've never been able to access my "rewards" as it's always blue circle.
Verifying payments under £5 is tiresome as app never works quickly enough for the website you're paying on.
