I had an email confirming the MSE bonus was applied in June last year.  £500 has been invested for over a year now, but still no bonus.  Impossible to get hold of anyone there - chat just tells you to email, and emails get no response.  Anyone else in a similar situation? Thanks.

If you invested over a year ago and were eligible for the cashback, then it should have been paid last year. It isn't added at the end of the 12 months. You should have an email dated a few days after joining titled "Great News! You've earned your £100 cashback" stating that they'll "drop that cashback into your &me account six months after your investment date" and another around 5 months after joining titled "[NAME], we've processed your cashback!"

What I had was an email from a named person apologising for the delay in opening the account as they had had so many applications and confirming that despite the delay, the MSE bonus would still be paid.  Now I can't get hold of anyone. It seems that the bonus code was not correctly applied despite the gentleman assuring me it would be.  I will continue to try to get in touch with them.  I was hoping to have it all tidied up before the move to the new app.

I received my £100 at the end of October last year which was after 5 months rather than 6.

My wife didn't get her £100 and I failed to notice this until I came to withdraw the funds a couple of weeks ago. We had both received emails confirming our bonus eligibility on account opening.

I emailed them a couple of weeks ago. A few days to get a reply and they asked me to forward a copy of their eligibility email. A further email from them then said the £100 would be in the a/c Thursday of last week. It wasn't. I emailed them on Friday. No reply but when I looked in the a/c yesterday morning the £100 was there and I requested withdrawal. Later yesterday they replied that they could see my withdrawal request and did I want to close the a/c.

£100 received in our bank a/c this morning.

I had tried phoning once, but got nowhere. But I prefer to have a record, so prioritised chst/email.

Finally had an email replky today acknowledging the issue and promising the £100 in my account in the next week.  Fingers crossed.

Promised bonus has arrived in my bank account - glad we got there in the end.
