    - with the blade and mentioning you tried to loosen it, is it fully secure on the crankshaft? This is essentially part of the flywheel so a loose blade can cause problems starting, as I recently discovered with our mower.

The OP's mower has a belt-driven deck, so this isn't applicable.  The blade clutch should be disengaged before attempting to start it.

Although there is going to be some cost involved, I really think it's time to call in the professionals.  I have understood the instructions given so far, but wouldn't want to mess about any further for fear of doing more damage.

Ive watched you crank the engine.  It either has no fuel or no spark. I can't see how you have the throttle or the choke set ?  Have you got them set correctly ?

    1. Is there petrol in the tank ? Please check this !!! You had the machine tipped on its side.
    2. Is the choke , throttle set correctly ?
    3. You don't appear to be sat on the mower when trying to start it.  My mower has a safety switch under the seat so it won't start unless your sat on it ?

Follow the 3 steps above and if it still won't start  try without the choke and on a low throttle............the next easy thing to check is the spark....

Here's how to check for spark (as described by section62)

SS, the plug connector is almost certainly fine, and it doesn't need pushing down to close that gap - it doesn't make a 'connection' with the engine body.

Try what S62 said - push the removed plug into the cap all the way, and rest it on the engine body, making sure the threaded part is touching. Look closely at the plug spark 'gap' as you crank the engine - look for that fat, healthy spark.

In all the palaver that's been going on, are you sure you've been following the correct starting procedure? As asked, is there a 'choke', for example?

    My next steps would be:
    - test of spark plug good shout
    - did you check the air filter for and oil/fuel residue?
    - I would check and clean the carb (can of carb cleaner required). Accepting you need to be careful with it, it isn't that difficult.
    - with the blade and mentioning you tried to loosen it, is it fully secure on the crankshaft? This is essentially part of the flywheel so a loose blade can cause problems starting, as I recently discovered with our mower.

Is there a correct way to tilt this machine? The instructions will surely tell you. It's always air filter up on a push mower.

I'd be inclined to say you've got this far so may as well crack on and try and fix it yourself, or at least try the basic steps that have been suggested before calling a repair shop.
    1. Testing spark plug, I saw other video. doing similar thing with ride-on is difficult. As if I didn't close the body cover and sit on the riding  seat, engine will not start. So is there any easy option..? I have another Mountfield 3-in-1 Petrol Multi-tool. Putting  this spark plug in that machine is an option..?

    2. Air Filter - Ate you talking about this item which I cleaned earlier?

    3. Blade is not engaged yet. For that engine need to properly start

should I put some force to make spark plug connector close to body so that there is a connection..? Not sure to me how it was before but I can see a gap between connector and engine body..? Not sure if that supposed to be closer . Since there is a gap inside spark plug end may not be touching the connector properly..?? Any suggestions..?? Thanks

If you do the thing I suggested in my previous post you'll know whether that is a problem or not.

Fixing things is a logical process.  You can either try random things and hope you get lucky, or you follow the logical process until you've eliminated the fault.

The problem with the random approach you are following is you end up breaking other things and costing yourself more time and money.

Up to you which approach to adopt though.
Except blow torch, everything else I tried so far.

But tomorrow, I am going to read all post from begining and try one by one again.

Thanks for all the feedback so far.
I learned so much even if I couldn't sort this, I am happy because what I learned so far. Thank all here.. :)

No one mentioned this issue which raised, so I suppose no one think this could be the issue...?
