Mountfield R28M Ride-on-Mower Mistake? Any tips..?

    Also I still can see some engine oil here.  Is that a problem?

    Is the lever bent?!

    Anyhoo, it should 'feel' different when you go into 'choke' mode. It should be smooth in operation between the two animals ( that's the throttle - speed - position), but should feel as tho' something else is happening as you push it down to the 'choke' symbol. Does it?

    And you haven't answered - how do you NORMALLY start the mower? 

    And, IS THE FUEL ON?!

    this is how level is put to Choke mode. I can't feel much difference while changing lever from slow to high to choke except a click sound when reaching 'choke mode'..?

    I posted a video on mode change above. can't see much difference except a click sound

    I normally start it in keeping it by lowest position of level ( not sure it is rabbit or choke mode)
    IS THE FUEL ON? Yes it got half tank fuel. what you meant by Fuel ON..?

    Please see black pipe from tank to engine, can't see any..?Normally i will not be changing any thing there..

    I can see a black hose from fuel cap area not connected anywhere. This is from fuel cap area if any petrol spill, but is that to be connected some where???

    Not sure if above pipe came of from some where so fuel is shut for safety  reason?? This is fuel spill draining pipe
