Hallooooo xx
I'm envious of iona's blue t!t family. But I do have starlings nesting in the outhouse eaves. And in NN's soffits. And the wood pigeons usually nest in the big conifer. So I'm not totally bereft of feathered friends.
Fayolle - I ate all my onion rings so can't really complain that you didn't save me a bhaji. 😊
YL - I hope your eye is OK. I'm more surprised that I actually got jobs done as well as reading the book. It worked well: two chapters and I'll put out the rubbish and WU. Two chapters and I'll DUPA. 😊
I'm up, stripped my bed, set WM swishing, and savoured my first brew. Another brew and toast next. Then a couple of chapters of my new book before I get dressed. Sounds like a plan.
Love to all

morning all. DD out walking. my vertical time was spent knitting with two you tube videos on hand for the raglan decreases. i understand the logic behind them now, and think i have cracked it. i’m now worried i won’t have enough wool despite ordering an extra ball and knitting on smaller needles. We shall see
I need to sew the buttons on the baby cardi as i’m seeing DS and DIL and the cardi is for their new nephew. It is blue, with a white button band and the buttons will be blue. i ran out of blue wool…*waves at Piggers*
I have washing to hang and ironing to do, too.
Its a beautiful day, hope you all get to see some 🌞 sunshine

Washed bedding pegged out in the glorious sunshine. Bit of coolness in the breeze but the sky is wonderfully blue.

Pots were DUPA while I was preparing my lunch. Fried eggs on toast 😋.

Absolutely cream crackered. Allotment digging, cage moving, garden tidying, pot moving, watering, fridge sorting, made rocket pesto, a tub of coleslaw to go with lunches this week, cooked up some apples, brought the washing in, WULTD a squillion times. Alright, maybe 3. Now need to cook make a meal plan as the freezer is stuffed with odds and ends, figure out what I am going to feed 8-10 people next weekend and book a delivery slot. Not sure what DH has done….just saying.
Hope you all had a good day x5 -
sitting here with a racing heartrate.. goodness knows what is going on with it. 113bpm is not normal when you're sat sewing up mittens I am certain.
OH has fixed the cat pen and power washed it and hopefully sorted the leaking bathroom tap. My kitchen ceiling is a total mess.I did a big shop.. with my earphones in.. it goes so much quicker by myself without being distracted by the doofi shopping and their idiotic noise .. I had it done in half the time without OH 'helping' he went off to Wilk0's for a couple of demijohns.. Squeak is concerned he is becoming an alcoholic.Had another concerned phone call about his mother so I am left dealing with that tomorrow.I've got pak ups done and sorted the swamplike kitchen.. again.. I swear I clean in there 100 times a day.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)6 -
