ooh hope miss ASB has a successful op for which she doesn’t have to wait. i have been very lucky today, my car had a blowout when i was approaching a roundabout so going really slowly and just before a petrol station. i pulled in, hauled the spare out and a very nice young man ran over to help. Car booked in to tyre place tomorrow. have builder here but will have to nip out for an hour.

All today's planned flying has been completed, plus I emptied the bins and also decluttered empty coffee jars from one of the kitchen cupboards and several large cardboard boxes from the shed for recycling
My migraine is still affecting me, and I slept all afternoon and dozed in front of the TV this evening, rather than doing any computer work. Off to bed a bit earlier than usual, too. I'm not sure whether I shall make it to Action Heart in the morning, but I'm going to get my hair cut first and will make a decision after that. All bags for gym, soft plastics collection and CS, plus a newspaper article for one of the Old Wives, are set out ready on the DR table.
Hope everyone gets a good night's sleep xxx8 -
Morning all.
Paid stuff done. I feel pretty rough today but determined not to give in so I'm still going out for lunch. Will see what flying I can fit in first.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Kitchen sorted... again..DW onPolly out and in and out and in again.. Rang Dr's about Twinkles GF prescription.. we have a few new things to try her with so we are making progress. they won't give her bread rolls but have given me bread mix so I can make her some.. assuming her ladyship will deign to eat such foulness.. she doesn't want cake either lol.I have a bug bite on my leg which is oing the way they usually do.. just a mosquito type thing I think rather than a tick or horsefly.. it is about 3 inches in diameter currently.. apparently cutting a hole in my leg and shoving antihistamines in there isn't the way forward.. OH never lets me have fun. I felt really light headed and dizzy yesterday and I do wonder if it is related.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8

Spent 40+ minutes on the phone again.. I have a headache..
Sent 1 email.. twice, second time to the correct address.. replied to 4 messages... and I need to talk some more to OH to relay all the info ..I might need to have a nap.. why is this stuff so much more taxing than doing a load of cleaning or gardening? My brain is very overloaded with labradors.. golden and brown and red.. no black ones... no black dogs allowed, I am too busy.Next job.. filling the printer and printing 5 diagnostic reports and letters for Squeaks EHCP meeting.. I may need a cuppa and 5 relentless' and something illegal to keep me moving..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8 -
I fell down a rabbit hole of geneaology.. My great grandmother was Kate Middleton (after her first marriage)... and she married William..headache fed, watered and medicated..DS2 brought down his washing.. AND his bedding ... AND brushed his teeth .... AND is talking about a shower.. he has been informed talking or thinking about a shower does not count...Is there something afoot? Is there an apocolypse?? Is Ragnarok upon us????LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)7

I am all out of spoons again, though there might be a teaspoon lurking. I’m assuming this is the radiotherapy side effect they said i might get.
Builders have been and re roofed the flat roofed part of the kitchen. there was actually a hole where some wood (under the asphalt) had rotted away, anyways it’s done now and only 1 mug didn’t survive the tea onslaught (Denby, too) *purse trembles*. I found my knitting wool parcel tucked behind a bin - no notification it had been delivered so a lucky spot. So i have started ANOTHER knitting project. Am knitting on the smaller needles I already have, having done a tension square. It’s mostly stocking stitch so have made good progress.
Ive also been for new tyres, as booked, and am gettin a loose bit sorted then i can have the tyres tracked too. And i went to emmandess for inspitaion for tea, lots of YS bought…and a new top. it has been a VERY spendy day. in my defence i did get the top after a 15% discount. I was actually intending to look at the cozzies ready to go to Outswim Cancer

Morning all.
Anyone else having problems with Google Chrome? It has totally changed its appearance, has decided I am one of my out-of-date alter egos, and has lost all my start-up favourites
My migraine appears to be on its way out at last. Yesterday I managed to do a few errands - haircut, CS, newspaper delivery, a little bit of clothes shopping - as well as going to the gym, though I only completed half my programme again. Instead, after my nana nap, I took Rosie out for a nice walk in the Covert where the birdsong was at high volume, and finished the day by scalping the fast-growing lawn. DH helped by tipping the grass cuttings into the green bin, as I can't lift the full grass box high enough.
This morning I was supposed to be going out for coffee with a friend but she has had to cancel, so I'm attacking the admin list again. We're taking Rosie up to the Forest for lunch and a walk. I shall need to find some food from the freezer for tonight's meal. I might also manage to flick a duster and hoover round the LR.
Keep smiling Flyfriends - it's nearly Friday! xxx7 -
Morning all. Today's plans for me are cancelled too. I shall be spending the day in bed feeling sorry for myself.
