    (c) Managing agents of the site - is that the same as the PPC, Highview in this case? Or a different entity?  I cant just go and check the signage - this a was a trip outside my local area and is a two hour drive each way.
No, the Managing Agents are the people who 'manage' the shopping park.

Where exactly is this 'shopping park'?
Has it been mentioned before on this forum?

Given the vagueness of the info I would imagine it probably has been.... will search the forum and internet in general in a mo.
Although as mentioned the info I have so far in the single debt letter means it could be one of two retail parks, or possible they are one and the same.

EDIT:- think I have narrowed it down. Will try to find managing company. Not coming up with Managing company info at mo... no trace of it already on the forum. But at least I have narrowed it down to a particular retail park and set of shops.

Just curious as to what my hoped for end game/exit strategy is here....

Okay have sent the PPC and DCB Ltd DPO's new, only address and requested erase previous.

I cant appeal using dash cam footage showing their ANPR has likely picked up in on first visit and out on 2nd visit, missing movements in between, because I no longer have footage from months ago.

Have also complained - highlighted the (their) error at DVLA that started this ball rolling in the first place by still having my old address on file.

Plan A is in effect to the shops where time was spent and items bought - hopefully that will bear fruit.

But if it doesn't, is it just sit and collect the endless series of letters that will no doubt spew out from DCB Ltd? That is what the main/newbies thread seems to suggest.

The end game will be that DCB(Legal) will send you a letter saying "give up you won't win", then they send you a letter saying "hey, as a gesture of goodwill and to avoid court we'll let you pay £x.xx", then you get get a letter saying they have discontinued ( majority of cases ).

DCB(Legal) rely on the fact that of 100 people they threaten to take to court - a fair percentage will either pay in full or pay the reduced fee - they can afford to ignore the people who take them on.

They know they will lose so won't spend money on paying someone to go to court for a lost cause - they play for the percentages.
In the 'economy of scale' set up.... that makes sense for them.

To be honest I expect Plan A to bear fruit and I will then update the relevant thread about that  :)

Turns out I may have spoken to soon....   first email back from central customer support of the main store basically said, nothing we can do, Highview are their own company.

I smell BS and will push further but I am less hopeful than I was...
