Hello,
Anyone with experience with euro-parking-services - you may be interested in this.
is it advisable to post on here while IAS are looking into?

Sure. We hear about them a fair bit. No-one pays them even when they lose at IAS.
What dodgy practices?
Why are you trying the IAS, a well documented "non-independent kangaroo court" who will reject your futile appeal and turn a blind eye to it all?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You really believe that the IAS look in to anything apart from their pile of dirt shoved under the carpet?

Okay - there is no need to be smart about this, im not an expert.
I was just going to state what they have done regarding BPA. They are using the BPA logo and stating they are a member even though they arent. I thought it might be interesting. The BPA are going to get them to remove all references.
If people dont pay them, what is the likelihood of court procedings etc?
Sure, I shouldnt have bothered with the IAS. The last time I got a ticket i didnt bother, but that was over ten years ago - it all seems so different now and I did use the IAS - against my better judgement. euro-parking-services are however contravening at least 5 rules from the ICP and also didnt offer a discounted period after rejection. So dont know what to think about that, other that it confirms they are a terrible company and bunch of people.
Cheers

"They are using the BPA logo and stating they are a member even though they arent".
Euro Parking Services Ltd are indeed members of the IPC's Accredited Operator Scheme.
On their website, EPS are also claiming to be a BPA Corporate Member but they do not appear in the current list of Corporate Members on the BPA's website.

Yep - dodgy af.
Absolutely disgusting.

Hmmm…
Yes, not right, but how is it "absolutely disgusting"?
What are you expecting to achieve.
I can imagine them saying "oops, sorry BPA. We'll correct our website now".
The BPA will say "Yes please do that" and will respond to you "a minor mistake. All now in order. Thanks for pointing out the error".
Do you have a parking issue you would like help with?

The above is not important, I'm afraid.Being a corporate member of the BPA is neither here nor there. You or I could be a 'corporate member' of the BPA if we wanted, if we ran any company. It's not a parking company regime (it's just membership of a club) and is not the same as a PPC saying they are in the BPA AOS.
This point is already covered in the NEWBIES thread, where one of the very first Q&A advises new posters not to assume that a rectangular BPA logo means that a firm is saying they are AOS members of both Trade Bodies. They aren't saying that and they are allowed to be ordinary members of the BPA.
You will sadly lose at IAS because 95% of appellants whose cases are 'heard' by the anonymous faceless "assessors" at that IPC-paid-for kangaroo court lose.
But you don't then pay.
Please spend some time reading the NEWBIES thread in readiness for losing at IAS and then ignoring the £170 "scary" (NOT) template letters.

Not being "smart" just highlighting that along with the whole parking industry the trade associations are as dodgy as their members.
Let us know how you get on but the IPC/IAS are in on their members scheming and deflect virtually everything.

Of course, and thanks for you patience with me. I dont believe I will win at IAS, but unfortunately I am in that stage now.
I did read some of the newbie thread - but I thought it was a new development that this particular scum company were lying about membership on their website.
If I were impartial, I would find it hard to ignore my IAS, as it conclusively proves that they are not following the code-of-practice in at least 5 major ways. But like you said, they probably dont care, which is daft as if it went to court they will look negligent and potentially predatory.
Hopefully I will be one of the few who they just think !!!!!! it with.
btw, on the IAS website, in theory now - it looks like you can see all of the other parties evidence.

oh yea, and of course im not paying. They can all get screwed.1
