Do you have it in writing that Home Bargains actually cancelled the PCN or was this all done verbally?

Thanks for your replies.

I have an email from Home Bargains stating the PCN is cancelled by euro-parking-services. There is only one PCN and the email also contains the correct PCN number.

Absolute bunch of shambolic jokers are euro-parking-services.

That is not an LoC or LBC though. Personally, I'd write to them, showing the email you received from BM (the landowner I presume), and tell them to either desist immediately or else bring on the court claim where you will make sure that their unreasonable and vexatious conduct in this matter is brought to the attention of the court.
