Just catching up with your diary @LittleMissDetermined, as I've been really out of the loop! Glad to see that you're enjoying the sun and you're still PADding and the emergency fund is fast approaching 25% of your target. 

Having holidays to look forward to are such a great mood motivator I find. And I think going on two holidays in the same year as becoming debt free, without slipping back into debt to achieve it, is a great achievement, so well done you!

Hope the migraines aren't too bad now that the weather is so hot and clammy x.

Thank you Keedie, I unfortunately had another migraine this morning but the medication the Gp Gave me worked quite quickly.  I am very much looking forward to the holidays 😊

Good morning, just a quick update this morning before I start work, I've a lot on today...

Prolific cash out of £6.44 sent to the sealed pot and £3 to the EF today. It will be a NSD as I have no plans, it's too hot to do much anyway!

Hi all... disappointingly there's no sunshine this morning   I was hoping for another lovely sunny day.  

Not much happening today, it's hubby's pay day so the joint account looks a bit more healthy with his contribution, my accounts are looking OK, today will be another NSD for me so that's a positive. Work is very busy at the moment so by the time I've finished I don't really feel like gong out and doing anything.

My PAD today is £3 to the EF. There's nothing available in Prolific but £7+ awaiting approval and I've recently done some studies via links which I am waiting to get the payment for.

I was also able to get £10 amazon voucher from one of my receipt snapping apps yesterday and I've claimed the same again from another app this morning. I will just let the balance sit there until I need something.

Been really hot here. A real effort getting to and from work. Crashed out and nodded off as soon as I got home. Prolific has finally woken up for me after having been very quiet lately.
That sealed pot balance is looking very healthy LMD. Reckon I’m around 800 or so with mine if I include my penny challenge savingd

It warmed up pretty much as soon as I had posted and it’s been baking… more laundry done though and it’s supposed to rain next week so I’m loathed to complain about it. 

My sealed pot has been bolstered by my cash envelope challenge as well as my 1p challenge. All my round ups go there too so every bit helps. £800 is not to be sniffed at @AntoMac, we still have another 4 months and 11 days to go… 😂

Happy sunny Friday guys! I hope you're all OK and have had good weeks with the lovely weather   The pollen is getting to me this morning and I feel like I could scratch out my eyeballs!! Will pop some drops in to soothe until the antihistamine kicks in.

Today I have sent £3 to the EF, it's a NSD for me again as we have no plans. We are planning on heading into town tomorrow afternoon as there's a big free music event on and it's always great. We will have a few drinks, meet up with some friends and then head back for food at home. 

Nothing available on Prolific yet so I will keep checking on that throughout the day, another busy one for me at work, I've been working since before 7am to try and get a jump on some of the admin type tasks. I will be glad when it's 4:30pm today!

Hi all, I didn't have much to post over the weekend so I took a little mini-break from online stuff which was nice actually. I still PADded and it was a NSD yesterday.  Today will be a NSD too as I have de-cluttering plans for after work. 

Today's PAD was another £3 to the EF, we don't have much planned for the rest of the month now except a nice meal out next weekend for our wedding anniversary. 

I was very impressed by the storms at the weekend and it does seem to have made the air feel a lot fresher.  The volume of the thunder woke us yesterday morning at just gone 4am and I got up to track the lightning strikes online for a while... which is probably quite sad but I was enjoying it.
