  • Have you done your WS for this one yet?
Not yet. Its identical to the previous case... only difference are the dates... all the other particulars are the same, i.e. dark unlit carpark in the middle of the night, etc..

  • Hi Everyone,

    Update

    Letter received from DCB "legal"

WITHOUT PREJUCICE SAVE AS TO COSTS

In order to assist the court in achieving its overriding objective our client may be prepared to make an offer to conclude this matter

A settlement at this stage would avoid further potential costs being incurred, we therefore ask you call us on ....... and we can discuss this and offer you a discount.

I will ignore as usual and wait for my hearing

You're on Discontinuation Street. See you soon!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Probably found it on here, there are over 200 of the same ???

  • I do look forward to a hearing just as the previous case where DCBL had to pay me £100

This time if I win I will claim more expenses, I do not do settlements/deals with robbers Sarah Ensall.if you are reading!

Good for you, and look how you have grown in confidence since you first came to this forum!
If you do get a hearing then obviously you should be claiming for unreasonable behaviour since you have beaten them twice before for exactly the same circumstances.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

If you are feeling playful, you could respond and ask how much they are prepared to offer you!
In my opinion  best to ignore them, the judge may say why I didn't take up their offer then. I don't want to risk it, I will wait for the hearing, As far as I'm concerned I don't owe them anything in the first place.
