In order to assist the court in achieving its overriding objective our client may be prepared to make an offer to conclude this matter
A settlement at this stage would avoid further potential costs being incurred, we therefore ask you call us on ....... and we can discuss this and offer you a discount.

If you do get a hearing then obviously you should be claiming for unreasonable behaviour since you have beaten them twice before for exactly the same circumstances.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

In my opinion best to ignore them, the judge may say why I didn't take up their offer then. I don't want to risk it, I will wait for the hearing, As far as I'm concerned I don't owe them anything in the first place.Le_Kirk said:
