Thanks B789 - I sent it via email from the link you sent. As I have missed the deadline should I write a separate email to CCBC and show the envelope that I only received the letter 4 days ago 4 weeks after the date of the letter was created that's why the deadline was missed?
Not sure which link you are referring to. The only link I gave you was the one for downloading the N180 DQ as a PDF file. As long as you sent the form as a PDF attachment in an email to the CNBC (ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk) and CC'd in the CLaimant of their solicitor if they're using one and hopefully CC'd in yourself too (as definitive proof of sending) then there shouldn't be a problem. You should also receive an auto response from the CNBC.

As long as you didn't waste too much time sending your N180 DQ, there shouldn't be any problems. Normally, they would send you a reminder that you haven't sent it yet. You can always phone the CNBC and confirm that it has been received and is being dealt with no thanks to their abysmal processing times.

    Note correction above.
  • I still have not received anything from the court after submitting my questionnaire. I emailed them last week, no reply yet either.
  • I cannot log into MCOL as its asking for the access code sent to taxoverpay. I send an email to CCBC to help me to log in as I have not heard anything

At this stage there is nothing useful on MCOL anyway.

Wait patiently for a Notice of Allocation.
I suppose you could phone the CCBC/CNBC and ask what's going on if you wish.
  • Hope everyone is keeping well

Just an update on this case.

DCB "Legal" sent a letter last week "WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO COSTS"

I have emailed my local court/the same court which I won for the same claim/same particulars earlier in the year.

The court said the wait is normally around 14 weeks so most likely after Christmas.

I will fight this one until the end just as I did the previous and won. All the particulars are identical, the court should not even entertain these cowboy/scammers its a waste of our tax payers money.

Take care everyone keep fighting the good fight

Standard farce of DCBL offering a discount.  IGNORE, BE PATIENE, as it's another rubbish UKPC case
This is the stage where they aere saying ..."we don't want to go to court" and you know what that means ???

Hope everyone is doing well...... Update

Letters received from my local court - "Notice of Allocations to the small claims track hearing"

    The judge considered paper ORDERED

The parties must send copies of WS and documents to the court no later than 4pm on 21st January

The case this time is REMOTE, its not what I want. I would like an in person hearing like last time

Unless the claimant by 2pm on 1st Feb pay the court trial fee of £27the claim will be struck out with effect without further order.

The hearing will be 1st March

Thanks everyone, either way in person or remote I am prepared to go the distance with this one just as I did the previous case
