10 minutes on the trampoline, I was amazed I lasted that long and yay didn't wet myself!

I don't often venture our into the garden, it's a wicked waste as we have a beautiful view. The garden is an eyesore at the moment, strimmer has broken so it's massively over grown. I got a whole wheel barrow of weeds out after the trampoline and its barely made a dent.

Wednesdays job is a day in the garden

It's another of @bubbs tasty meals (she puts me to shame) . This one is a pizza on a pitta bread base. I'm not a pizza fan but the meals always look so photogenic and appetising. 😊

Ladies, go into settings and switch off notifications :)

I too was an early riser, insomnia is a PITA, 4 hours max , so I can be totally exhausted like right now, but if I hit there nest,Ill be awake at 1 and then struggle the rest of the night.

This morning I was up at 4am

I did my first ever park run, omg why was I so scared to join one before? Had a fantastic morning , really enjoyed it and looking forward to doing more.

I wasnt in from that long when I got the email with my times. I was amazed to read I came first in my age group. Wow was I proud or what !! Then I clicked the link to see the full results, I was the only person of that age group lol. Still cant take away the fact I did it, and wasnt last from me so Im buzzing :)

Food wise, Im doing ok. Been as naughty as anything in a way - white bread for three days running , but Im keeping up with veg and the more healthier options as a whole and hoping that my upturn in exercise is really going to help. I mean I do usually walk 4 - 5 miles a day but mostly strolls, maybe just 2 miles powering it so adding a Park Run once a week when possible and the skipping challenge starts on the 1st, Im hoping to keep the weight loss going, even though Im still drinking like a fish

What age group is he teaching?

Right..........anyone that likes stocking up while prices are crazy, i don't think this is a bad offer. I have used this website loads , i have just been having a fiddle about, so 24 tins beans, 24 tins tuna, 12 tins sardines, delivered to your door for £25.80, i am guessing they would be delivered Weds next week because of BH otherwise would be Tues,  there are loads of things on the website this is just an example, some of the things are expensive, so avoid those, but i have checked the price of the others online and the starting price before the code is a very good price. code is VODAFONE on £40 shop
