I think the best value (for money and syns) @beanielou are the fruit ice pop type things or lollies for children you can put in the freezer.

These from Sainsbury's are 1.5 syns each
Sainsbury's Assorted Ice Lollies, Rainbow Lolly 20 pack

I find the App a bit of a PITA too. It comes up with 'Weigh in Today' when I only weighed on Wednesday! Although you don't have to go to WI for 8 weeks when at target, it starts nagging you after about 4 and asks you to log in every time but I just click 'remind me later'. Its irritating though. And I wish they'd but the food search/bar code scanner right at the top instead of having to scroll down but it seems being user friendly is too much to ask!

    Back on plan today.😊

B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, bacon, fried egg (P), baked beans (S)
    L- cheesy veggie omelette (P,S,F, HEA2), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- Sweet and sour chicken (P,S), noodles (F)
    Syns- Ben's sauce 1.5, weekend wine😁

Hi everyone, hope you are all well and poorly family are getting the treatment and care needed. I’ve still to read back so a lot to catch up on.

I took a holiday from class this morning as I wasn’t sure if I’d be back in time and pretty certain it’s going to be a whopper of a gain. My clothes never lie 🙈. Our break away was amazing and so good for DS1 to catch up with my brother.

Not looking forward to him leaving on Tuesday but know I’ll get back on plan and already calling next week’s weigh in ‘fresh start Saturday’. Think a new countdown starts then too so it all ties in nicely.

    Hello all,
Now back at home and dealing with the washing mountain and jungle of a garden after just under 3 weeks away in the wonderful Lake District.
I weighed in at Keswick group (lovely friendly folks) during the first week and had lost 3.5 lbs. and gained my half stone award, next Tuesday back at home group may well show a different story.  Although I had lots of treats, I tried hard to eat sensibly for the majority of the time.

Great to read of your losses @annabanana82, @beanielou, @Longwalker and @maman, apologies if I have missed anyone.

    Hi all,

Sounds like some of you have had some nice breaks, certainly seems to have been the weather for it.

Woke up at 5:30 today wasn't impressed, did manage a 2 mile run but my food hasn't been great, had a bacon sandwich with white bread, but need to be back on plan 100% cannot go back up into my old front number.

I'm off out in the garden to have a go on the trampoline and try to undo some of today's damage and hopefully not wet myself!!

16 months of SW and its only just dawned on me that trampolines are a great form of body magic and we've got one in the garden...

I only ever use the app for looking up syns @bubbs but I still get the messages telling me (and presumably everybody else) to go to WI.
How was your dad today? 🤔

Good to see you posting again @maddiemay. Well done on your loss and going to group on holiday. 🤞 you won't see too much of a holiday gain. Sounds like you've been good when you can. 👍

Good luck with the trampolining @annabanana82. I think I'll stick to dancing and walking for my Body Magic. 🤣

Dad was good, looks well, shouting well 🤣 i said why are you shouting? He said i hope i am not 😂 i said you are so he gives you this look 😳😂 Mum spoke with the doctor yesterday and he is medically fit now. He ripped his canula out his arm 🙈 i said why did you do that? He said it just happened in the night 🤣🤣
There is a room, was waiting to be signed off by doctor, but of course BH holiday now, Mum said to him about going he said i didn't like it there 😂 Mum said you did, you had your own room, you could go for a walk, go in the garden  the food was nice, Dad no it wasn't it was s**t 🤣 Mum said you didn't say that when you was there and you gained your weight there . But he has not mentioned since last week about going home, he did ask Mum Weds when he was going to die , twice😥😥 she just pretended she didn't hear him, well she is mutton jeff!
