So apparently it’s not 10 working days from when request it’s 10 working days from issued, it’s 6 weeks from requested repayment according to the advisor on chat 🤷♂️0

My return is still showing as repayment pending (submitted on 6th April) and I expect my return will have security checks because it’s got a house sale with very little capital gains over a 15 year period (we were lucky to sell without a loss as most other houses in the area have lost 15-25% in value over that period!) plus there is a big lump sum payment to the NHS to purchase addition pension which does not get relief at source. What contact should I expect and is there a typical timeline?
Thanks.0
