No, it means there is no refund being sent to you.

There's probably a blocker on your account which needs sorting before any refund will be issued.

When did you end up being issued? Mine happened last year. Not sure what the additional checks were as never received any information. 

Usually around the beginning of August, it's not as if they contact me either they do it all without me even recieving and correspondence.

Filed my return on the 14th, requested refund on the 18th, changed to payment pending 19th, done around 12 of these now, quickest was 5 days, longest was 22, nobody should be worrying just yet 👍
